Ekaterina Plekhova of Russia was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2013 in Magdeburg, Germany. Aleyda Ortiz from Puerto Rico is 1st runner up, Margarita Peralta of Colombia is 2nd runner up, Koreen Medina from the Philippines placed 3rd runner up and Kayla Nel of South Africa was 4th runner up.
Completing the top fifteen are Argentina, Costa Rica, Curacao, England, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, and Thailand.
