| TEMPO.CO, Denpasar - Miss World 2011, Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela, met with Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika in his office, Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Presence to promote the existence of Bali which will be the selection of Miss World in 2013.
Ivian come together chairwoman of Miss World Organization, Julia Morley, Miss Indonesia Astrid Ellena, and CEO MNC Group Hary Tanoe Soedibjo. "The event that we will carry out a full month in September 2013," said Julia Morley.
At least as much as 131 ambassadors from various countries around the globe will compete role in this grand event. Preparation for the prestigious event that it had already started exploring the island. Bali was chosen as the host because the island has so worldwide.
In addition, Bali also successfully hosted a series of international performances. "Determination of Bali as the host gets a positive response from countries that sent envoys in this event," said Julia.
Meanwhile Pastika hope Miss World and her entourage could enjoy the natural beauty and cultural diversity during his stay in Bali. "We expect also Miss World could become an international ambassador for Bali," he said.
Pastika to thank them for choosing Bali as host. Miss World event plan will add to the long list of national and international events in Bali in 2013. Start of the election, the World Culture Forum, Miss World, the APEC summit, and the Bali Democracy Forum. "We will continue to improve the readiness of facilities ranging from infrastructure to security," he said.
Meanwhile Ivian happy to be expressed in Bali. "This is the first time I came to Bali and was very impressed," she said. Shee loved the people of Bali are very friendly welcome her. "Next year I will stay here longer and enjoy the beauty of Bali," she said.
