| There are rumors circulating that Osmel Sousa will take over Miss Universe Mexico and Costa Rica. In an earlier report the two Latin-American countries already withdrew their participation in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. Licenses to hold a national pageant is being renewed yearly, the MUO is now thinking of awarding the Miss Universe franchise of Mexico and Costa Rica to a new organization according to the rumor. | |
