| Gabriela Palacio Díaz de León will represent Mexico in Miss World 2011 in London, England next November. Palacio is the suplente or the designated replacement in case either Nuestra Belleza México or Nuestra Belleza Mundo México is unable or fail to fulfill her duties. Cynthia de la Vega was dethroned due to lack of commitment with her duties as Nuestra Belleza Mundo México.
