| Karina González Muñoz (left) is the new Nuestra Belleza México 2011. She was declared as the overall winner at the conclusion of the national pageant held at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones in Puerto Vallarta. She will represent Mexico in Miss Universe 2012.
Mariana Berumen Reynoso (right) finished in second place and received the Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2011 title at the same event. She will represent Mexico in Miss World 2012.
Nohemí Hermosillo Villalobos is the suplente and will go to Miss International 2012. Grecia Yoselin Gutiérrez Godoy and Lucía Silva González completed the Top Five.
