| Janeta Kerdikoshvili, Miss Universe Georgia 2013 will not compete in Miss Universe 2013. Georgia withdrew from the pageant because of diplomatic issues with Russia.
Albania & Kosovo also withdrew from the pageant because of political issues with the host country. | |
